Abstract:
This study aims to determine the farmer's perception of goat feed management in the Bukit Harapan Farmer Group, Bukit Samang Village. This study used a quantitative descriptive method by looking at the frequency and percentage of the interval scale on the results of the respondents' assessment of feed management. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the farmer's perception of feed management from the aspect of feed type with a frequency of 58 on an interval scale of 323% was in the agree category, the feed formulation frequency of 42 on an interval scale of 266% disagreed, the cost of feed frequency was 32an interval scale of 272% disagreed, feeding time frequency 65 interval scale 320% agreed category. The farmer's perception of the management of goat feed in the Bukit Harapan Farmer Group, Bukit Samang Village, Sendana District, regarding the type of feed included in the agree category, the timing of feeding was included in the agree category while the high cost of feed was included in the disagree category and the preparation of minimal feed formulations was included in the category disagree.
