Abstract:
Compared to traditional medical delivery systems, telehealth allows people to actively participate in their health care and also facilitates more timely and convenient monitoring of ongoing conditions. An ERS study found that education is strongly associated with telehealth participation, which increased with each successively higher level of educational attainment in 2015.
