Digital Public Assistance: Savings and Efficiency for a Modern Administration

Abstract: In an increasingly digitized world, technology is being adopted by governments across the globe to enhance delivery of services and to make administrative tasks more efficient. The digitalisation of public services is undoubtedly a huge step in the direction of increasing effectiveness and saving resources within the government. With the deployment of modern technologies, public authorities not only can make their services more convenient for citizens but also can save costs and enhance performance. This article introduces the many aspects of the digital public assistance as well as the advantages it offers, its characteristics and how it revolutionizes the modern administrative practice.
