Abstract:
Technological innovation represents a cornerstone of public administration modernization and a key driver of institutional performance. Through digital transformation tools such as e-governance, artificial intelligence, process automation, and open data systems, public institutions can enhance operational efficiency and transparency. At the same time, digitalization generates challenges related to adaptation, cybersecurity, and digital divides.
