Method of calculating the integral indicator the labor potential of the organization

Abstract: The article analyzes the structure of the integral indicator of the labor potential of an organization in the form of a set of 6 components: physiological, educational, professional, innovative, social and economic potentials. The authors have developed and presented a system of indicators for assessing the labor potential of organizations, which reflects the significance of each of its components and is based on 38 particular indicators. The fundamental provisions of the calculation of the integral indicator of the labor potential of the organization are justified.
