The concept of humanising management

Abstract: In the article, the author considers the concept of humanization in the context of managing business structures. The article focuses on the contribution of classical management scientists to the development of the concept of humanization, and also presents the points of view of various modern authors on the disclosure of the concept of humanization. It is concluded that humanization is the basis of the process of transformation of a bureaucratic organization into a human–centered organization.
