Abstract: Evaluation of the level of quality of services at regional airports of Russia, in our opinion, should be done in 2 ways: qualitative and quantitative assessment. This article presents a unified methodology for the evaluation of the quality of services at regional airports of the Russian Federation, which is a priority for improving the quality of customer services.
