Abstract:
The most important feature of economy of knowledge emphasis ofattention doesn’t become simple on process of receiving new knowledge, and on their use in economy for the purpose of receiving the greatest economic benefits. Actually it predetermines transition from traditional scientific and technical policy to innovative policy and dictates need of development of a credit policy of Russia for the concept of economy of knowledge.
