Abstract: In the article considers the methods of to higher educational institutions teachers’ labor. Analyzed forms of incentives that improve the quality of teachers work. Conclusions are drawn about the need to match the motivational expectations of scientific and pedagogical workers to the methods of the higher educational institutions compensatory policy.
