Abstract: Article is devoted to the analysis of the problems arising during the controlling actions at realization of external and internal types of the financial control exercised by the government (municipal) financial bodies. Namely, the legal collision which resulted from imperfection of regulatory base making negative impact on efficiency of the controlling actions of the state (municipal) controlling subjects is considered.
