Abstract: The billing system as a tool of organization and information support of innovation for energy conservation in the power sector The article discusses the implementation of the principles and tools of the concepts of «Lean manufacturing» and «agile enterprise» in power. It is proposed to use modified billing system accounting and payments for electricity as a tool of integration of energy companies in a single chain of supply of electrical energy.
