About the state of the Russian market of innovations

Abstract: This paper the problems, which have arisen on the way of development of innovative economy of Russia are considered. The movements of innovative indexes are compared: Russian market of innovations and investments and American NASDAQ index. Some reasons which slow down transition to the developed innovative economy are given.
