Abstract: The purpose of the article is to analyze the status and outlook for agriculture in the country and the security of its tractors and agricultural machinery. The analysis of the state of agriculture has shown that in order to import food products necessary to rapidly develop the domestic mechanical engineering, in particular tractor. Due to the fact that the majority of agricultural enterprises «zakreditovana» Equity is not enough to update and expand the fleet oftractors and other agricultural machinery can be addressed by clustering agricultural production and with the help ofthe market ofleasing services. The main methods used in the paper and the construction ofan analytical scripting clusters and the development of the leasing market. The article reveals the essence and content: economic relations within the cluster; lizingovyh relationships, is a classification of types of leasing: financial and operational on the movable and immovable property, the contract net and full service lease, direct and indirect leasing, term and revolving (revolving) leasing. The article describes the main features of leasing (financial or investment, production, sales, tax benefits) and its fundamental differences from the lease.
