Abstract:
A prerequisite for the development of the Institute of entrepreneurship today is the implementation of effective regulation of one of its key factors - investment activities. For the balanced growth of the national economy it is advisable to properly organize the work on the creation of institutional conditions for the implementation of investment activities, because by increasing the impact on the investment environment in a particular branch of the national economy, the state can achieve its strategic socio-economic objectives. The article proposes a three-factor system of state stimulation of entrepreneurial activity.
