On the structure-transforming role of innovative relations in Russian economy

Abstract:
A special role in ensuring the structural transformation of Russian economy is to be played by the development of innovative relations, subject to the implementation of its systemic regulation, the launch of mechanisms for venture investment of innovations in the national reproduction system, and the improvement of the stimulation of innovative entrepreneurship by the state. The authors analyze the problems and obstacles to the development of economic relations of investing innovation in Russian economy, and offer incentives to strengthen the structure-transforming role of innovations.
