Abstract: In article problems and questions on implementation of the National project «Small and Average Business and Support ofan Individual Enterprise Initiative», financial aspects of implementation of the project till 2024 due to providing the provided privileges and increase in reliability and stability of functioning of a banking system of the country are considered. Factors of ensuring acceleration of growth of national economy, the realization of achievements of the fourth industrial revolution, social protection of the population, increase in number occupied in the sphere of small and average business are analyzed, including also individual entrepreneurs to 25 million people following the results of2024.
