Abstract: This article analyzes the problems of initiation to a healthy lifestyle of Russian women. Attention is focused on the introduction of an integrated approach to the life of women, which has a positive effect on the fertility and fertility of women living in million cities living in foreign cities. The proposals on the organization of physical culture and sports work are outlined, which, according to the author, will contribute to the greatest involvement of Russian women from 45 years and older to physical activity.
