Abstract: At the moment, in modern Russia, the development of a market economy is an important part of the development of the state. The emergence of a large number of small and medium-sized businesses in General has a positive impact on the economy of the state and on the standard of living of the population. A large number of enterprises leads to a large number ofjobs, they are less susceptible to currency fluctuations and economic crises, all this brings money to the country’s Budget.
