Abstract: Today Secondary School in force in the administration management of per capitafunding for each student involved in competition with other schools . The success of institutions depends largely on the professional competence of the Director. Every teacher has an opinion about what the professional competences and personal qualities of a director. The article presents the results of the survey of teachers of physical culture (FC) of secondary schools (school ) having work experience as a teacher in the School of FC at least two years, on the basis of which conclusions are offered an advisory nature to improve the organizational and managerial activities director.
