Abstract:
Social enterprises are attracting more and more attention in Europe and nationally, contributing to the employment of persons with disabilities, especially those with intellectual and/or psycho-social disabilities, all while consolidating social inclusion. To rise up to the challenges, we need to know the legal framework for establishing each type of social enterprise, the social enterprises certification procedure and the obligations that must be adhered to after certification. It is also important to know how these entities are supported by the Human Capital Operational Programme, financed by the European Social Fund, the rights and obligations of enterprises benefiting from de minimis aid and reasons for fully or partially reimbursing the aid received.
