Activities for Preventing, Identifying and Sanctioning the Irregularities Emerged in Obtaining and Using European Funds and/or National Public Funds

Abstract: Considering our country’s current strategy of absorption of structural and cohesion funds, in order to avoid irregularities in accessing and implementing European funds, it is very important that we know the legal framework in the field so that we are able undertake the necessary prevention actions in a timely manner concerning those irregularities for the purpose of avoiding the total or partial reimbursement of the amounts received.
