The Contents of the Civil Legal Report

Abstract: The aim of this article is to present the active side (subjective civil rights) and the passive side (civil obligations) of a legal report, as well as the subjective civil rights and corelative obligations – the rights and obligations of subjects of law, natural or legal persons, as the case may be, in a contract.
