Abstract:
The rapidly developing coronavirus pandemic’s footprint requires a deeper investigation in terms of the consequences on the business environment. The literature on this subject is vast, as confirmed by the present work, the unprecedented health situation creating the conditions for studies, analyses and syntheses related to the specific framework created by the crisis with resounding effects on the economic world. Highlighting how the pandemic situation has affected the legal position of enterprises, in terms of insolvency, dissolution, deregistration, etc., is the primary goal of the research on the repercussions of the pandemic wave on the entrepreneurial environment. In addition, we want to quickly discuss the level of interest that academics have in the topic, which is a crucial component in understanding the mechanisms underlying the events and their substance. The methods of analysis of the main topic define the methodology of scientific research, being represented by specific research techniques such as literature review, analysis, synthesis and specific means of bibliometrics. Overall, the coronavirus pandemic is significantly affecting businesses’ legal circumstances, and researchers from all over the world are becoming interested in this issue.
