Abstract: Companies, insurance companies respectively, are moving their businesses online. Against this background, employees and management carry out their activity from home, travelling is avoided, gaining time for both contracting parties, and the activity continues even under such conditions. Also taking into account the expediency entailed by commercial activity as a whole, most contracts can also be signed remotely, by electronic means or through professional intermediaries.
