Abstract: Digital literacy is an essential component of the development of professional skills of civil servants. In an era of digitalization, the use of information technologies can significantly contribute to the efficiency of public administration. This study analyzes the importance of digital literacy among civil servants in the Republic of Moldova and its impact on administrative efficiency.
