Abstract:
Corruption is a threat to democracy, to the law�s supremacy, to social equity and justice, it erodes the principles of efficient administration, undermines the market economy and endanger the stability of state institutions. Research on corruption has particularly focused on the classification of its various forms in order to operationalize the concept of analytical judgment and practical reasoning. In this context, conflict of interest represent one of the main form of manifestation of corruption in public administration
