Abstract:
This article aims to identify similarities and differences regarding the development of public procurement. Systems applied in different EU countries, successful in terms of public procurement, which may represent examples and we recommend careful consideration of them, especially also because European public procurement legislation is trying to enhance through a proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and EU Council.
