Abstract: Generation Z is a demographic cohort that includes individuals born in the period from 1997 to 2012. These are young people who represent a new workforce in the labor market or are about to enter the labor market. They carry certain attitudes, values, beliefs and expectations with them. These are not related only to their general vision of the life they seek, but also to their attitude towards work. In other words, they have characteristics with which they approach modern business reality, and which inevitably distinguish them from their predecessor generations. The issue of Generation Z is a challenge, considering that this is the generation that research is yet to be conducted on. As previously stated, the subject of this paper is to investigate whether the theoretical determinants of members of Generation Z coincide with the theoretical patterns and determinants attributed to Generation Z. The objective of this paper is to investigate and analyze the members of Generation Z in Bosnia and Herzegovina, to determine whether the given theoretical patterns of Generation Z coincide with the actual characteristics identified in previous studies, and to define a set of recommendations for their successful inclusion in the labor market.
