Abstract: This study explores the perceived risks by managers in the process of adopting organizational innovation using cloud computing services, within the context of change management. It highlights the active role of managers and the way they construct their understanding of technological innovation in private companies. The research problem seeks to identify and explain the factors from the specialized literature that influence managers' decisions to reject the adoption of innovation through cloud computing services within organizations. The aim of the study is to develop working hypotheses and construct a generic explanatory model.
