Abstract: Knowledge Management is a system to facilitate learning, innovation and sharing to achieve the strategic objectives of an organization. Effective knowledge management requires a combination of many organizational elements—technology, human resource practices, organizational structure and culture—in order to ensure that the right knowledge is brought to bear at the right time. Knowledge can be highly subjective and hard to codify.
