Abstract: The paper explains the importance of liquidity in overall management of financial activities of Indian tools ltd and the analysis of working capital management is done and the liquidity position of the Indian tools ltd is analyzed by using techniques of fundamental analysis and on the basis of which conclusions are drawn.
