Abstract: Job Satisfaction is one of the most thought over concept in the world. There seems general agreement that job satisfaction has obtained an established position in the literature of industrial and organizational psychology. This paper aims at identifying and measuring the various factors of job satisfaction among the employees of various commercial and urban co-operative banks in Nanded.
