Abstract: An empirical attempt has been made to compare the level of depression among workaholic and non-workaholic feminine gender. For this, workaholic women (N=50) and non- workaholic (N=50) were drawn from the general population respectively. The present sample was tested on Depression Scale. The scale assessed twelve aspects of depression. The obtained results revealed the significant difference between the working and non-working women in terms of depression. No difference was found in terms of self-harm. The level of depression was found to be high among non-workaholic feminine gender as compared to workaholic feminine gender.
