Abstract:
The organizational performance is reflected in the results that the organization obtains, those one being measured by key performance indicators. In the last years, the acerbity competition from the business world, aroused the desire and the interest of companies to improve their performance and to experience ways of measuring the level of performance achieved. The measurement is a condition “sine qua non” of performance assessment, but does not represent a finality by itself.
