Abstract: Tourism is an industry with an intensive work market, which is based on men. The importance of the strategic treatment of tourism as a consequence of its involvement in the solving of the problems of the working class imposed, world wide, the promotion of some politics which should assure both tourism’s integration in the strategies of fighting against the unemployment, and also the allocation of investments for the increase of the level of education and formation of professional aptitudes and personnel quality, encouraging the partnership public sector-private sector.
