Abstract:
Providing qualified workers for the companies represents a step forward the normal and efficient operation of them. The modern industrial company presupposes that people should interact to each other, establishing multiple connections and passing through a continuous process of getting accustomed and integrated. The quality of the worker is given by the professional knowledge which allows him the fulfillment of the work tasks. The competence is the quality of the manpower in action. It reflects the capacity, the skills of the worker in his job, in fulfilling his tasks.
