Abstract:
The current world wide economy met deep changes, especially in the last decades, changes which had major effects over business area. These determined the adoption of some decisions, at the level of main actors of economical life, which allow them to resist at new challenges. In this way, strategies should think again such trading companies, as main motor of world-wide economy attended to the requirements imposed by the market. Thus, managers took into consideration strategies which supposed including the achievement of some partnerships and strategic alliances, reaching even at mergers and entity acquisitions, which allowed them the consolidation of the position on the market.
