Abstract:
In terms of the Explanatory Dictionary of Romanian language, ethics is defined as, among others, the entirety of rules of proper moral conduct corresponding to the ideology of a particular society or organization. In this article we try to catch some of the key issues of definition, application and implementation of the concept of ethics in the public sector.
