OVERVIEW ON USING ADVANCED MANAGEMENT METHODS

Abstract: The paper is structured on three chapters where the expansion of the use of advanced managerial systems, methods and techniques would represent the main axis of the paper. In the first chapter we presented an overview of the main managerial systems which are successfully used in Romanian organizations. These (general) management methods were presented because the aim at the assembly of the management process and they can be applied to all fields of activity. The second chapter is dedicated to the specific management methods and techniques, which solve the specific problems and are not involved in solving some general problems. The last chapter is the most consistent one and is focused on the advanced management methods and the methods which are proposed to be used by Romanian managers.
