Abstract:
In a European area, for each citizen must have a secure environment in which freedom, security and justice are guaranteed. Today, it is necessary to build an integrated public policy driven by security needs and proactively serving the citizen. More than ever, it is necessary that the public policy system to crystallize a strategic culture based on in-depth knowledge of the reality of Romania's major trends and global developments resulted from threats of crime.
