Measuring Supply Chain Performance

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to review the theoretical framework in performance measurement systems in the context of the supply chain. This study provides a review of the literature related to performance evaluation criteria for supply chains: indicators, challenges, and the various classifications available for them. Finally, the study results are presented, through which some key recommendations are proposed.
