Abstract:
The article makes an attempt to comprehend state of the art, perspectives and risks within the realm of human resources migration from Ukraine in the context of today geoeconomic and geopolitical processes and the need to ensure the proper level of national security, as well as maintaining the course towards achievement of sustainable development goals. In the process of study, based on method of synthesis and neorealism philosophical paradigm of research, cases were considered, in particular cases of EU and China, which allow systematizing the vision of countries’ performance in today complex global realities and latent backgrounds of migration processes.
