Abstract: The plenary session on Technological Challenges and Innovations was held in the Higher School of Economics on April 20, 2016 in frame of the XVIIth annual April international scientific conference on the problems of economic development and society. The list of the main speakers included the Vice President for Developmenof the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology A. K. Ponomarev, the HSE First Vice Rector, Director of the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge of Economics L.M. Gochberg, the head of the macroeconomic analysis and forecasting sector of the Center for Macroeconomic Analysis and Short-Term Forecasting D.R. Belousov.
