Abstract:
The article considers the theoretical analysis of conflicts of interests of the party to a state contract to perform R&D for use of complex scientific and technical result (complex technology) which may be treated as a compound object of intellectual rights. The recommendations are suggested for the formation of economic and legal mechanisms for the prevention and resolution of conflicts of interest.
