Abstract:
The article focuses on scientific and technological complex (STC) in PRC as one of the most successful developing countries. The author looks into present day situation in STC: legal regulatory base of science and intellectual property, government policies in science and technology, financial resources for R&D. Interaction of business and science, specific features of China’s STC are exposed.
