Abstract:
The current generation faced a set of the burning issues connected with negative consequences of human activity, limited opportunities of an ecosystem for self-restoration and providing mankind with resources. At the same time, the international community is sure that there is a possibility to preserve necessary conditions for normal human life at smaller consumption of resources. These purposes are included in the UN programs of a sustainable development, one of the component of that are energy saving and development of productions on the basis of the renewables energy, such as solar power, wind power, geothermal, energy of biomass and others.2015 has to become a turning point in realization of the international initiatives in the field of a sustainable development, responsible investment, counteraction global climate changes. The world community is on the threshold of development of the action program till 2030. Russia starts being connected to this international agenda more and more actively.
