Abstract:
The article examines the world practice of regulating the duty-free import of goods in international mail, most of which were purchased within the framework of cross-border e-commerce. In particular, the analysis of threshold values, when exceeded, ceases to apply the principle of duty-free import. Special attention is paid to the latest changes in the regulation of this issue in the PRC, as well as an analysis of the situation that has developed in the EAEU in terms of the consolidation of the standard for duty-free import of goods in international mail. The possibility of balancing cross-border electronic trade in goods in the B2C segment between the Russian Federation and the PRC, taking into account the processes within the framework of Eurasian integration, is being considered.
