Abstract:
The authors consider the organization of bidding in international trade giving an analysis of the tendering classification, showing the positive and negative aspects of certain types of trading, analysing the standard rules and practices of international bidding process and indicating the organizers’ bidding benefits. Examples of the bidding efficiency in placing orders in the United States, the Arab States and other countries are provided. Legal regulation of competitive bidding in the Russian Federation is considered. The authors justify the importance and role of tendering in public procurement.
