Abstract: The article examines the impact of the Common customs tariff on trade and production of the Member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. The authors analyze the turnover ratios of the Member states’ trade to non-member states’ trade since the EAEU establishment. In terms of mutual trade special attention is paid to the “food products and agricultural raw materials”commodity group (01-24 FEACN of the CU). The causes of fluctuations in goods turnover of the analyzed groups are identified. The changes in import customs rates before and after Russia’s accession to the World Trade Organization are considered.
