Abstract: The article examines the specifics of Polish foreign trade cooperation in 2004-2016. After Poland's accession to the EU in 2004, significant changes took place, especially in the geographical orientation of Polish foreign trade. Trade flows of Poland were reorientation from the former socialist countries to new partners in EU. At the present moment, intra-regional trade accounts for most of the Polish exports and imports. The article analyzes the impact and the role of multinational companies on the structure of Polish foreign trade. The article highlights the characteristic features of the geographical structure of foreign trade of Poland, its scale and dynamics at the present stage. Besides, the instruments of government support for export business are described. Specific features of Polish-Russian economic cooperation are analyzed. It is noted that large companies and corporations were major corporate partners on the part of Russia in the analyzed period, while small and medium enterprises were mostly involved in trade on Poland's part.
